Kalladka Bhat seeks early end to 'Salaam Mangalarati' tradition | Mookambika temple | Kollur
Speaking at Byndoor, prominent RSS and Hindu leader, Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, expressed the opinion that continuing to offer puja, 'Salaam Mangalarati' to Goddess Mookambika temple in Kollur in the name of a person who had derided Hindu gods, inflicted injustice on the society and had tried his best to destroy the society is an insult to the gods. He felt that such a practice should be ended at the earliest. He felt that this blunder was unknowingly committed and continued. If we do not end such unwarranted systems and traditions, a time might come in which a puja might be prescribed in Kollur temple, duly naming it after Allahu Salam.
